The SowGood Difference
SowGood sits at the meeting point of culture, compliance and emotional care. It gives organisations a credible way to discuss difficult subjects with warmth, clarity and dignity.
Teams know the words: ethics, respect, inclusion, wellbeing. The harder work is helping people recognise those words in everyday choices.
Rakesh uses stories, dilemmas, humour and care to make sensitive subjects speakable without making people defensive.
The goal is simple: employees should know how to speak up, support a colleague, notice a boundary and make the better choice.

The Method
Employees do not change because a slide told them to. SowGood sessions are crafted like live conversations: relevant, respectful, practical and easy to carry back to work.
Rakesh understands your workforce, policies, risk areas and audience profile before the session is designed. Years of one-on-one conversations taught him this comes first.
The session uses stories, dilemmas, examples and honest questions instead of abstract compliance language.
Employees walk away with simple language for speaking up, making choices, managing stress and supporting colleagues.
Our Commitment
Meaningful change happens one conversation, one workshop and one individual at a time. Here is what we hold ourselves to.
Encourage awareness across individuals and teams
Promote empathy and inclusive thinking
Strengthen relationships at every level
Support emotional well-being and resilience
Foster inclusive and respectful cultures
Inspire responsible, conscious behaviour
From the Room
MirrorMe — helping students crack interviews and step into their first jobs. Now part of SowGood. (Faces blurred for privacy.)
The Founder · Speaker Profile
Rakesh Jain speaks on the things that quietly decide an organisation's future — ethics, respect, inclusion, compliance and emotional health — with stories, candour and zero preachiness.
Rakesh spent his career inside boardrooms and balance sheets as an IIM Lucknow alumnus working in corporate governance. What no ledger could show him was this: an organisation's real assets walk out of the door every evening, and its real risks live in how those people treat each other.
He also founded MirrorMe — a venture built to help students crack interviews and step into their first jobs with confidence. It worked. Young people who had the ability but not the language got both. MirrorMe has since merged into SowGood, and that work continues inside it.
But the work that shaped him most happened quietly, and off the stage. Over the years, hundreds of students and adults have sat across from him — about a career that stalled, a workplace that had become unbearable, a fear they had not said aloud to anyone. He is not a therapist and does not pretend to be one. He simply listened, and pointed people toward help when they needed more than a conversation.
That is the difference you feel in the room. His sessions do not perform empathy — they practise it. It is why a PoSH session with him feels safe rather than staged, and why people ask the question they have been carrying for years.
Over eight years, 240+ institutions and more than 100,000 people, his sessions are consistently praised for their novelty and real-world relevance. He speaks in English and Hindi, on-site or virtual, tailored to the room. Connect on LinkedIn ↗
Why culture is a crop, not a poster — and how everyday behaviour compounds into the organisation you deserve.
Grey zones, small compromises and the moments nobody sees. Making integrity practical at every level.
A PoSH session employees actually engage with: clear on the law, honest about behaviour, safe for every question.
From bias to belonging. Interactive, story-led and practical — built for real teams, not ideal ones.
Stress, burnout and emotional health at work — with tools people can use the very next morning.
Compliance, made genuinely engaging. Yes, it's possible — and your audit committee will thank you.
From a leadership offsite to a factory-floor awareness drive, each format is adapted to your audience, language needs and business context.
High-energy talks for large employee groups, annual meets, culture weeks and leadership gatherings.
Interactive sessions mapped to your code of conduct, PoSH policy, DEI commitments or compliance calendar.
Practical guidance for managers, HR teams and Internal Committee members who carry responsibility after the session ends.
Intimate, honest sessions for teams navigating a difficult moment — where people can ask what they could not ask in a hall of three hundred.
